概要
GPS 模擬器（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）是一款位置模擬工具，提供開發人員、測試人員、地圖使用者測試應用程式對位置變化的反應。本應用程式本身不蒐集、不傳輸、不儲存使用者的個人資料或真實位置，但為維持免費營運整合了 Google AdMob 廣告服務（詳見下方「廣告」段落）。
本應用程式自身不蒐集的資料
- 不蒐集您的真實 GPS 位置
- 不蒐集個人識別資訊（姓名、電話、Email、IMEI 等）
- 不主動蒐集任何裝置使用紀錄
- 不傳送任何使用者建立的資料（路線、儲存地點等）到外部伺服器
註：廣告 SDK 為投放廣告會處理裝置識別資料，請參考下方「廣告」段落。
權限說明
本應用程式請求以下權限：
- 位置（精確 / 概略 / 模擬）：透過 Android 系統的 Mock Location API 提供模擬定位功能。需要此權限才能寫入模擬座標。本應用程式自身不讀取也不傳送您的真實位置。
- 前景服務（位置）：模擬執行中以前景服務形式運作，避免被系統殺掉。會顯示一個系統通知。
- 網際網路 / 網路狀態：用來下載 OpenStreetMap 地圖瓦片，以及載入廣告。
- 顯示在其他應用程式上方：用於懸浮搖桿 / 懸浮傳送控制板。
- 通知：顯示前景服務狀態通知（Android 13+ 需用戶授權）。
本機儲存
本應用程式在裝置本機 SharedPreferences 中儲存使用者自行建立的：
- 路線（座標清單）
- 儲存的地點
- 使用者偏好（速度、半徑等）
- 廣告同意狀態（由 Google User Messaging Platform 寫入，僅在 EU/UK/瑞士使用者）
解除安裝本應用程式時，所有本機資料一併清除。
廣告
本應用程式整合 Google AdMob 顯示廣告（橫幅 Banner 與插頁式 Interstitial）以維持免費營運。AdMob 由 Google 營運，為投放廣告會處理以下類型的資料：
- Android 廣告 ID（可在系統「設定 → Google → 廣告」重設或退出個人化）
- 裝置與網路資訊（型號、作業系統版本、語言、網路類型）
- 概略位置（基於 IP 位址推估，不包含您的真實 GPS 座標）
- 應用程式互動資料（廣告曝光、點擊）

同意管理（GDPR / EU、UK、瑞士使用者）
在歐洲經濟區、英國與瑞士的使用者，第一次開啟本應用程式時會看到由 Google User Messaging Platform 提供的同意視窗，可選擇：
- 同意：允許投放個人化廣告
- 不同意 / 管理選項：僅顯示情境式（非個人化）廣告，仍會收集少量必要資料（IP、廣告請求內容）以投放廣告
其他地區（含台灣、美國、日本、韓國等）廣告依當地法規投放，可能不顯示同意視窗。
第三方服務
兒童隱私
本應用程式並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不會主動向兒童行銷。若我們不知情地蒐集到兒童資料將立即刪除，請透過下方 Email 聯絡。
政策變更
本政策可能因應功能更新而修訂，新版本會在本頁面公告，重大變更會在 App 內通知。

Summary
GPS Simulator (the "App") is a location simulation tool for developers, testers, and map users who need to test how applications respond to location changes. The App itself does not collect, transmit, or store user personal data or real location, but integrates Google AdMob to serve ads in order to remain free (see "Advertising" below).
What the App itself does NOT collect
- Your real GPS location
- Personally identifiable information (name, phone, email, IMEI, etc.)
- Usage analytics or behavior tracking initiated by the App
- User-created content (routes, saved locations, preferences) is never sent off-device
Note: the AdMob SDK processes device identifiers to serve ads — see the "Advertising" section.
Permissions explained
The App requests the following permissions:
- Location (fine / coarse / mock): Used to register a Mock Location provider via Android's Mock Location API. Required to inject simulated coordinates. The App itself never reads or transmits your real location.
- Foreground service (location): The simulation runs as a foreground service to avoid being killed by the system; a system notification is shown.
- Internet / network state: Used to download OpenStreetMap map tiles and to load ads.
- Display over other apps: Used for the floating joystick / floating teleport control panel.
- Notifications: To show foreground service notifications (requires user grant on Android 13+).
Local storage
The App stores the following in local SharedPreferences:
- User-created routes (coordinate lists)
- Saved locations
- User preferences (speed, radius, etc.)
- Ad consent state (written by Google User Messaging Platform, only for users in EU/UK/Switzerland)
All local data is removed when the App is uninstalled.
Advertising
The App integrates Google AdMob to display ads (banner + interstitial) so the App can remain free. AdMob is operated by Google and processes the following types of data to serve ads:
- Android Advertising ID (you can reset or opt out of personalization in system Settings → Google → Ads)
- Device and network information (model, OS version, language, network type)
- Coarse location (estimated from IP address; does not include your real GPS coordinates)
- App interaction signals (ad impressions, clicks)

Consent management (GDPR / EU, UK, Switzerland)
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will see a consent dialog (provided by Google User Messaging Platform) the first time the App is opened. Options:
- Consent: allow personalized ads
- Do not consent / Manage options: only contextual (non-personalized) ads will be served; a small amount of data (IP, ad request content) is still processed to serve ads
Users in other regions (Taiwan, US, Japan, Korea, etc.) will see ads under local rules and may not see the consent dialog.
Third-party services
- Map tiles: OpenStreetMap (your IP is visible to their servers when fetching tiles; see their Privacy Policy)
- Advertising: Google AdMob (see "Advertising" above)
Children's privacy
The App is not designed for, nor marketed to, children under 13. If we inadvertently receive children's data we will delete it; please contact us via the email below.

This policy may be updated when features change. Updates will be posted on this page; significant changes will be announced in-app.
